I haven’t received and owner is difficult to get a hold of

I ordered these on June 27. My wedding was July 7 and I messaged the seller immediately after purchasing to see if they would make it in time, if not, I would pay the expedited shipping. I did not know that they were being sent lettermail. She confirmed that they were being sent the following day but it’s now July 10 and they’re still not here yet. I have messaged the seller a few times now and gotten very brush off messages like “can you confirm your shipping address?” And no reply to my response. I’m not going to be ordering again unfortunately. Even though I still really wanted these for my reception that’s coming up.
