Wholesale Information

To become a wholesaler and make your first order, you'll need to c reate a customer account and complete the wholesale application. Your wholesale application will be reviewed for approval in 1-5 business days.

Minimum initial opening order is $350 cad
Minimum reorder is $250 cad
Wholesale pricing varies per item between 45-60% off MSRP
Trade clients (i.e. event designers, party/hair stylists) will receive 30% off jewelry and accessories plus the cost of shipping.
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser
Purchasers can opt to use their own shipping account if they so choose
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with active storefronts.
All wholesale orders can only be used for certified resale directly by the account holder. Not available for wholesale to third party companies.
Proof of business is required prior to wholesale accounts being approved.
Resale of our items on third party websites, such as Etsy, Amazon, EBay, and other third party sites is strickly prohibited and may result in loss of wholesale priviledges.

Some in stock items are available to ship in 3-5 days, however most of our items are made to order or special order and require typically 2-3 weeks prior to dispatch.
Veils typically require 2-4 weeks lead time.

Shipping and handling will be calculated and added to your total upon check out. We will utilize the most economical shipping option available, and reserve the right to our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.

Items are shipped from WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA and therefore please consider same when ordering as duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
International shipping is available. Retailers are responsible for all taxes and customs-related duty fees in addition to international shipping charges. In some cases, you may be required to pay customs duty fees or shipping surcharges billed to Belle Box Boutique after the goods have left our warehouse. In such cases, you will be notified by us and it is your responsibility to submit payment for such post-delivery fees and charges immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Wholesale orders may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

It is our goal to inspect every product that ships out for quality purposes. But in the case of damages or defects, please contact belleboxetsy@gmail.com and provide a photo of damaged merchandise within 2 days of receipt and postmarked within 5 days of report.
We will replace with new merchandise after review. In some circumstances, we may send a return shipping label and ask that you return damaged or defective merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging immediately upon receiving return shipping label. Damaged and defective merchandise will not be accepted after 15 days of return shipping label issuance.
Please note that merchandise may vary between different production runs. These variances would not be considered defective.

Written email cancellations are accepted only before the shipment of your order. Cancellations will not be accepted once your order has been shipped by our warehouse.
We do not offer buyback credit or exchanges

Products may not be sold for less than the current MSRP retail price listed on the BELLE BOX BOUTIQUE websites, with the exception of short-term temporary sales. We reserve the right to refuse future business with anyone who resells our items at wholesale or near wholesale prices.
Promotions, coupon codes, and Sale prices are exclusive to retail customers and are not applicable to wholesale accounts or wholesale orders.

Please note that product colors may appear differently in photos. Samples are available upon request. Please email belleboxetsy@gmail.com to request.
Sample fees are wholesale cost per product plus shipping charges.

We do not permit the resale of PRIM + PARTY products via Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, AliExpress, Google Shopping, any auction sites, or any social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram. Failure to comply may result in your wholesale status being revoked.

The name BELLE BOX BOUTIQUE, all photographs, designs, products, content, text and graphics on BELLE BOX BOUTIQUE web pages are exclusive intellectual property, and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent.
If you would like to use Belle Box product photography to market our products, you must be an approved wholesale retailer, and provide credit for all images used to Belle Box.
These images remain the sole property of Belle Box, and we maintain the right to determine final usage of images.
Photos and content can be shared on social media only when the Belle Box brand is given credit and tagged when applicable. We reserve the right to refuse future business with anyone who does not comply with our intellectual property terms
